Sunrise on the Point

Join Hike MoCo on Saturday, November 25 at 6:00am EST (yes, really at 6!) as we hike our annual Sunrise on the Point. We will meet at the Lilly Bluff Overlook parking area. We will be hiking Point Trail in Obed Wild and Scenic in the dark to the point where we will watch the sunrise (hopefully) and then head back. Breakfast will be served at Lilly Pad Hopyard Brewery for $10/person following the hike. Please let us know ahead of time about any dietary restrictions.
This trail is rated easy to moderate, but since we will be hiking in the dark, you will need to bring a headlamp. It is a total of 4.1 miles out and back (including the Lilly Bluff Overlook).
We will also have our awesome 22oz. camp mugs for sale for $20. They have the Hike MoCo Sunrise on the Point logo and are blue this year and PERFECT for those overnight camping trips! Limited supplies available.
Please wear sturdy shoes and bring plenty of water/snacks/etc. You will be hiking at your own risk. Hike MoCo holds no liabilities for injuries sustained.
